🦔 Hedgehog Hill

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026. Applies to all Hedgehog Hill apps (Preschool, ABC Words, Numbers, Montessori, Toddler Games, Phonics).

The short version

We do not collect, store, share or sell any personal information, from children or from adults. The apps have no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data.

What stays on the device

A grown-up can enter a child's first name, age and a picture animal, and the apps remember progress, stickers and settings. All of this is stored only on the device, inside the app. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when the app is deleted. A grown-up can edit or remove a child's profile, or reset progress, at any time in the app's grown-ups area.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. The app asks the store whether the subscription on this device is active; we never receive your name, email, payment details or any identifier from the store.

Network use

The learning content is bundled with the app and works offline. The app only connects to the app store to show prices, start a purchase and check that the subscription is active.

Children

The apps are made for children aged 2 to 6 and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code and the GDPR: no personal data is collected, so there is nothing to disclose, share or request consent for. Purchases, settings and links that leave the app sit behind a grown-ups check.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
