Opening the grown-ups area

Tap the small gear in the top-right corner of the home screen, then tap the three numbers written as words. There you can add up to three children, set each child's level, switch activities on or off, set a play-time limit, change the sound and manage the subscription.

Cancelling or changing the subscription

iPhone and iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.

New device or reinstalled app

Open the grown-ups area (or the subscription screen) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account. Progress is stored on the device only, so it does not move to a new device.
