Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Dizaino analitika, MB ("we") about the Hedgehog Hill apps. If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. The apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, for your family's own non-commercial use. All characters, pictures, words, stories and audio are ours or licensed to us; please don't copy or redistribute them.

2. Subscriptions and free trial

• Each app is unlocked by its own auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly). Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is confirmed when the trial starts. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• If we change a price, the store notifies you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

3. Children and grown-ups

The apps are for children aged 2 to 6, used with a grown-up's permission. Purchases and settings sit behind a grown-ups check. You are responsible for your child's screen time and for keeping the device safe.

4. Content and availability

We work hard to make the apps accurate, safe and fun, but provide them "as is". We may update, add or remove activities. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses; nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
